In January of 2025 I was asked to replace the 20 year old portraits in the community radio station in Paonia, Colorado. Over 4 days I photographed 56 disc jockeys. Some came into the studio with props and ideas, other just a favourite t-shirt. For 20-30 minutes we talked and played and worked to make a portrait to represent the joy they felt being part of the community of djs.
